Metroval Code of Ethics and Conduct
Founded in 1988, Metroval operates without ever having engaged in any type of unlawful conduct, attesting to the strict principles of its management and the effort to permeate these principles throughout the organization
However, in the face of the massive corruption scandals involving Brazilian state-owned and private companies that occurred in the first decades of the twenty-first century, a history and reputation for ethics, fairness and respect for the law are no longer enough, even if this record has been impeccable since its foundation. Companies began to be required to spend time and resources to formalize the principles that guide their operations
It is in the spirit of making explicit and leaving no doubt about the ethical and moral principles under which Metroval has been operating since its foundation that we present our code of conduct. METROVAL’s code of ethics and conduct is in accordance with current national and international anti-corruption legislation, including:
