The Automatic Sampler for Loading – AVM is an equipment developed to perform automatic and accurate collection of liquid fuel samples during the tanker truck loading process, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of the ANP (Resolution 44/2013). Designed to operate in an integrated manner with the measurement and loading systems, the AVM ensures that the sample collected faithfully represents the entire volume transferred, regardless of batch or flow variations, being compatible with any type of loading, whether top-loading or bottom-loading.
With advanced technology and intelligent control, the equipment eliminates human interference in the sampling process, increases operational safety and ensures the integrity of the collected product, making it the ideal solution for distribution bases, terminals and operations that require reliability and traceability in the sample collection process.
The AVM has robust microprocessor electronics that manage fuel collections and monitor instantaneous flows and loading stages. The system maintains active communication via Modbus protocol with the flow computers of the loading bays, allowing integration with supervisory and base automation systems. In the event of any interruption in the line, the AVM pauses sampling and resumes it automatically as soon as the flow is restored. Its operation interface is extremely simple and intuitive, with a multifunctional signal lamp (which indicates progress, completion or failure of the process) and a physical button for safe release and filling of the 1-liter sample in the control bottle.
Its main features are:
Patented equipment, developed for installation close to the loading arm, operating with homogeneous product, flow measurement systems and compatible electrical supply.
